Fantasies from the top deck

One of the reasons I always enjoyed the ride home to battersea or clapham on the 137. Isn't he a beauty?

Sculpture, labour's humanitarian?

Saw this sculpture down in the cementary, near the botanical gardens in Wellington. A little obvious I suppose, but this is the kind of work I like: nudes, people, something real and beautiful, with a display of passion.
It's a memorial for Harry Holland, a NZ labour party founder from the early 20th century, for his work as 'compassionate champion of the common people.'
