Morecambe and Wise, Maori style

Don't you think? Made me think of Morecambe and Wise! Haha.

Sorry not to be more informative but I don't recall exactly what this sculpture was for; just liked it. I will try to get more info next time :)

I really like the shadows. He was at the side of a stream leading down to a beautiful beach, the other side of Piha on the west coast. In this second photo you can see the iconic tree of New Zealand -Kermadec Pohutukawa-, they are everywhere and beautiful.

Playlist for your life

Piha beach, amazing... and i was burstin'... its ecological though!

Beautiful day, lots of surf, the waves looked huge, although you can't really appreciate it in the photos. I also found out the other day that this was the beach where The Piano was made, or perhaps just shot those sequences with the Piano, on the beach... :)

The following day I heard that a guy had fallen from the cliff in the middle of the picture, and died. An evening drinking joint they say; must be stunning at night too.

this last one is the Harbour Bridge Olympic.. salty water.. and the most fantastic views...
